Spring Spruce Up: Round Three

So…where do we go from here?

Toys have been sorted and organized.

The room is looking clean.

Now comes the decorating part.

But it’s the part we haven’t completed yet

and we probably won’t get to it until Spring Break (first week of April).

As mentioned in the first spruce up post,

the wall needs to be patched and painted.

We have decorations for the walls already picked out (Cars the movie peelies, vinyl stickers from Uppercase Living, and a cool canvas of the solar system).

We probably need to remove the window treatments, especially considering a certain incident that occurred in 2008.

Then there’s the closet to the playroom.

GAH

I need some help from Mr. Handy Dandy on this one.

I promise to update everyone on the final product.

These posts have inspired some other cleaning up around our house.

The mud room has been organized.  Each boy has their own basket for their shoes.  And we have grand plans of turning it into the Taj Mahal of mud rooms.

Have you been inspired to spruce up a room?  Link up on tomorrow’s post and tell us all about it.
