Overheard from the Playroom

Frick has 2 stuff frogs he named The Doo Doos (yes, just like the potty word) when he was 2.  The phrase “doo doo” is not really used in our house, except when referring to these frogs.  No need to confuse the boys, eh?

Doo Doo One was in Frick’s possession yesterday while Frack played with Doo Doo Two.

Frick: Now Frack, you are playing with Daddy Doo Doo.  He’s the nicest of all my Doo Doos, so you better take care of him.

Frack: K.

Is Mommy Doo Doo mean?

A few weeks ago, Frack was pitching a fit over something obviously insignificant because I can’t remember what exactly evoked such emotion.

Frick was trying to entice him to play.

Frick: C’mon, Frack!!  Let’s play.

Frack: (Through gritted teeth)  NO.  I’M BUSY PITCHING MY FIT.

Too funny. Reminds me, just recently my youngest was at my friend’s house for a playdate, he told her that I was always angry. Humph!
