First Day of School

Frick began his first day of 5K today.

sniff.  sniff.

He walked in with such confidence and had a marvelous day.

He said he was so excited about 5K and “can’t wait to go back to really learn more.”

I went through his homework folder and read what was to be completed tonight.

Just before our mandatory rest time (i.e. Mom-needs-to-do-her-lesson-plans-in-peace-time), I asked him if he was ready to do his homework.

He retorts:

“Uh…no, Mom.  It’s not night.  I’m supposed to do it tonight.”

A message to Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy:

Please buy me a new camera.  K?

How awesome! I hope my boy walks in with as much confidence as Frick did on his first day.

Love that little special *note* on the bottom.

And how can all your boys be getting so big, seriously – I remember your post about Frog’s delivery like it was yesterday!
