Conversations in an Elevator

We are staying at a 5 floor condo here at the beach.

Frick and Frack are constantly trying to beat the other to press the buttons on the elevator first.

Oh, what a joy it is to press the “up” button first…

or the down button…

better yet–the “P” button for the parking level.

On one such occasion, we held the door for another man, after already pushing the “P” button.

When he entered the elevator, Frick immediately piped up:

Are you going to “P”?

Man: Umm…

(BP and I snickering in the back)

Man: (smiling) No, I already did today.  Thanks.

That’s like when my sister asked my mom’s friend in the bathroom, “What are you doing? Pooping?”

This was on the way to lunch with you! And then, when we returned, the man and his family were walking out of the elevator. He laughed and mentioned he was still ok on the “P” thing. LOL
