Whatcha Wanna Know #2

Ahh, the next installment of Whatcha Wanna Know.  This is kind of fun!  Hyperactive Lu had another question included in her comment:

What is challenging about the kids being so close in age?!

The challenges varied year to year. It was worse (and coincidentally more expensive) in the beginning when BOTH were in diapers.  Carrying an infant car seat with a young toddler in tow is notsofun.  Getting in and out of cars, houses, and stores was a workout and borderline hassle.  But once Frack turned a year old, things started to smooth out. Well, until the next phase in life came….

Frack is a copy cat. WHATEVER Frick does, Frack follows suit. It gets so frustrating to be discipling one and then turning to the other to do the same. Like the day Frick decided to put his feet on the table during dinner. Frack thought that was a lovely idea and did the same.

Oh! There’s the time a few weeks ago when Frick decided to say his first swear word.   There are those days when you slip up swear in front of your offspring.  If you haven’t tried this yet, it is not recommended.  I have my money on Frack repeating that word in the near future.

I am certain life with throw us a few more curve balls as the boys grow.  I know I will miss these little things when the biggies come around.  The saga continues.

    oh. thank. goodness.

I’m glad we’re not the only ones going through the copy cat stage! Mackenzie freaks out whenever Ben dares to make a move because she wants to be doing whatever it is that he is doing.
